There was an honest error in the description of the order, and I was very promptly given a full refund. Very honest and professional seller. I also feel it should be mentioned that the seller shipped the item very securely in a box rather than a mailer or envelope, like most would have. I very much regret that this order didn't work out, but I highly recommend this seller due to honesty and professionalism. There should be more like this on eBay.
