The item I purchased was as described and at a good price. I rated my "experience" as neutral due to poor job of packing. USPS has this to say about packing, "Whether you’re using a box, padded envelope, or tube, use packaging that doesn't bulge and is strong enough to protect what you’re sending. " Well, the item arrived wrapped in light weight plastic wrap, the type used in kitchens for food storage and the outer wrap was brown paper. Paper came shredded and just fortunately no damage.

All in all, not a bad tracker. Easy to use & lightweight. I like the display. Nice colors and touch screen. Steps & sleep seem accurate. Activity and calories seem off. Does not stay paired with phone unless phone is nearby. App is easy to use. Not bad for price if you don’t mind keeping your phone with you at all times.

Froze within minutes of software update
If I could give it zero stars, I would. I guess I just got a dud because I’ve had one of these before. It’s not the best watch for keeping up w steps and calories burned, but it gives u an idea of where u are. I got this one a few days before the promised date, and was excited. Took it out, charged it and synced it to the app. It automatically said the software needed to be updated, so I pressed the button to do so and it totally froze on the upgrade screen and is still like that over a week later. I’ve tried to contact the 3 plus company, but they’ve been of no help, so it was a waste of my $20.If I could give it zero stars, I would. NICE BUT STEP COUNTER INACCURATE
THE STEP COUNTER IS INACCURATE. COUNTS STEPS WHEN UNIT IS CHARGING AND NOT EVEN MOVING. HAVE TO RESET THE TRACKER EACH TIME SHE USES IT. SHE HAD A 3PLUS SWIPE C PRIOR TO THIS ONE AND IT WORKED GREAT COMPARED TO THE ELITE HR SERIES

Works, but not very accurate
I bought this ptece of hardware with no expectations. The apparatus works and functions correctly, but I am not conviced it is totally accurate. I workout consistently and jog 4+ miles everyday. The band says I have only taken 3,000 steps - very hard to believe.
